Metalex Ventures (MTX-V) arranges $1.7-million financing with Fipke Oct 11, 2013 - News Release Dr. Charles Fipke, the chairman of Metalex Ventures Ltd., is to invest in a non-brokered private placement of the company's securities. Dr. Fipke is to purchase $1.7-million of flow-through shares having a price of 7.5 cents per flow-through share. The proceeds from the issuance of the flow-through shares shall be applied toward the company's mineral properties in Quebec. Dr. Fipke's placement remains subject to regulatory acceptance.
