Steven, You may want to ask Kugler or Ron Reece. Their presence was well known on the GIFS thread, also Reece was an investor in GIFS. Reece was also an investor in GRNO, another stock where trading was halted. BTW, when researching GYMM, Reece was also present on the GYMM thread! Mike Morgan stated there was a comparison between RMIL & GYMM, the only comparison I can see, is the presence of Ron Reece., Pugs

s martin, yes I was very involved in litigation during the GIFS scam.
Both GIFS and StreetLevel attacked me, wrote lies, and had almost the entire S.I. GIFS board against me. Only 2 posters recognized my information as the truth, Carolyn Bogart and Mike Kugler.

I chose to be represented by Ulice Payne, former sec commisioner for our state to represent me in this securities case, which was a wise but very expensive decision.

I learned much about threats during this time, and because I would not disclose my sources, the company tried to do everything in their power to harm me. I had to be careful because of threats on my life, but, this thing had gone too far, and I was unwilling to back down.

What started as an action against me became an action against them, then additional actions against others. Once litigation starts, it tends to expand. That is why I regret the action against Riley and the
reported pending litigation against Mike and Principal. The litigation undoubtedly will expand. Hopefully the RMIL story will have a positive ending for the shareholders, and additional actions by other than those all ready mentioned will not occur. Money changes people.
