I don't think Bush was smart enough to collapse the global economy.

There are a LOT of other people to blame for that. Greenspan for keeping rates ridiculously low and for also calling for LESS regulation of banks.

Bankers are ONLY trying to MAKE money and the world be damned.

Leaving bankers alone is like saying to leave rattlesnakes alone and they will NICE because it's the RIGHT thing to do and they realize that.
