I think ASND short term is going up to 34 where it will see resistance. If it goes to the mid twenties it won't be for long. Their CFO & CEO have said they will meet their earning. This I believe is the key for them to go above 30 and stay there until more news. The rumor, if it is that has just made them move faster.

This is a pretty dangeroous stock to short @32 because they have no debt, their earning are set for the next quarter and they could possibly be a buyout target an they have at least half a billlion in cash.

<<my guess is 25 will be our close on the 19 th.>> There are other reasons why the stock is up. Worries about earnings estimates are gone and the modem standard is being finalized. These are the reason the stock has not gone back to 25. I think the people in for the quick buck on the buyout rumor are already gone. Watch out, 35 may be the number. BTW: Say hello to spock for me.
