Real estate has recovered - in some places by large percentages.

I agree with your government being out of control with Dems who ar with out a clue.

Our economy is based on the daily spending of essential necessities.

Auto's have been deferred so long they are now growing out of need.

Many who were deep in debt have paid down debt, as a result of government induced low rates. Not saying it is correct - but it has happened.

If you had a 15 year mortgage - the low rates have been low for 1/3 of the term and equity kicks in then. Thus refinancing has been possible for many.

Don't get me wrong, there are many who have nothing but a government hand out and that is mostly due to there choice - no helping them other than take more money from workers and hand it out - it is my hope the working class has had their belly full of that crap.

Keep in mind there are many who have held their jobs and saved during this fiasco.

7 percent unemployment = 93 percent employed - go with the odds.

I'd say you are wearing glasses too dark colored and need to embrace the truer realities.

Drive through a nice neighborhood - lots of people doing very well.

Add to that cheaper energy bills.

Thousands of hard working people making big bucks on shale fracking and energy plays creating millionaires.

You may be listening to CNBC too much.lol

Just my spin and I'll stick with it.

Appreciate the back and forth on different views.

That's what makes a market eh?
