I can answer that one !!!
The market moves where the money is hotest.
Those companies that will Bring a 25% to 50%
gain in a few months if not days are the
issues people will flock to in droves.
Driving up the secuity price.
With SALV we will have to wait a while,
SALV while it is a solvent company, is a
small company with an R&D expence eating
profits, As well as the cost of growth to
meet the increased demand and resulting cost
of production.
They have doubled sales and production over
the last 14 months. And have not yet scratched
the surface of their future potential.
I might add this company has very little debt
only 6% and that is the reason why new stock issues
are not a bad thing " investors will own more
of SALV, The growth of the company will be
faster because of the injection of new money
I will buy as much of the new stock issue as I
can afford.
From what I have heard here it seems apparent that
everyone feels its their shares that are being
divided, and if the company were only paying off
debts, this would be true. The new stock issue
will be used for production expansion and R&D
increaseing the companies size and potential.
This will, I would assume increase share value
in the long run.
