P2, Although the bid did fall to 13 15/16, it almost looks like the MMs are trying to keep the technicians out of the action (or at least the ones using your formula). I'm looking at 15 min delayed trades, but I see a couple 100 share trades ay 13 15/16 and then a big boy comes along and buys 10K at 14 1/8 (the full ask price). With Farallon not having a reason to continue to short the stock, I think that the sellers are drying up, making the big boys step up to the plate to hop on board (and they would like to keep the technicians on the sidelines to avoid competing for the small number of shares deing sold).
