Now that you have read the previous post wondering why it is there, let me explain. First of all I only wanted to post two paragraphs. The one which states the amount of the purchase 425 million daollars and the second which states their annual revenue (66 million and 2x that for 97). That should explain the purpose. If Paranet is somewhat similar to INSS then this should give a clue to valuations. Approxiametely 8 times 96 revenue and 4 times 97 revenue. Sorry for the confusion. Todd
