Forum Uranium (FDC-V) sets up $1.5-million placement Aug 21, 2013 - News ReleaseForum Uranium Corp. has arranged a non-brokered private placement of $1.5-million through the issuance of units at a price of 37 cents per unit. Each unit will comprise one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant is exercisable to purchase one Forum common share at a price of 50 cents per share for a period of two years from the date of the close of the financing. The private placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and all securities are subject to a four-month hold period. Finders' fees will be payable in connection with the private placement, in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. Proceeds from this financing will be used to conduct ground geophysics and a 3,000-metre drill program on the company's 100-per-cent-owned Clearwater project adjacent to and on trend with the Alpha/Fission Patterson Lake South uranium discovery in the western Athabasca basin, Saskatchewan.
