The techs are up nicely today, but the market isn't following their lead. Up until today, they were. I just shorted MSFT @ $ 146.06 and DELL @ $ 95.75 looking for a point or two, when/if profit-taking comes along.

I expect to be able to short the s&p when/if the techs sell-off for some profit-taking later in the day. The Dec s&p futures is 935.70 as I right this. The s&p is 984.30. Bonds are also slowly losing ground which could help encourage some profit-taking. Bonds 118.09

Or will the s&p ralley anyway? I still think techs will lead the market down some later today.
