Bill - The Auditors are in a delicate position. They must be able to rely on detailed financial projections that would support their viability in the future. IMHO, the biggest drawback is not cash but do they have a viable business and paying customers. If they don't have one big , or three smaller contracts for a defined amount of money, they have to highly consider the "Going Concern" clause. Do they have a viable business going forward is the primary concern?
