Agreed.

In a couple of previous postings I asked if anyone knowledgable in accounting would step forward and explain CNC's accounting positions. So far no one has offered their opinions on Dirk's claims - just several howls and complaints about his being a "jerk" which is not, in my experience, a valid financial term.

If I bought or sold assets based on who was a jerk I probably could not even own T-bills.

Probably not a bad idea to hedge agnst any long positions, until this either blows over ( meaning Dirk keeps quiet for many months-- I doubt it) or until CNC "responds" to Dirks implications with a whole lot more than the response they just came out with. Which, imho, their blurb simply raises more smoke, since they don't actually address any of Dirk's accusations.
