In a recent conf. call, maybe like six months ago? Dr. Friedman went off on JAKAFI, and said (paraphrased) "once people see how well it works in other cancers....." From that point on, I have assumed that some pancreatic patients were outliers, and that such could be observed right through the blind. But a biomarker and a large subgroup? Didn't see that coming. :-) In a year, we get results, diabetic kidney disease. So many moving parts.
