Yeah, they've been flashing red for awhile now. I don't place much stock in those kinds of things, but I do believe US stocks are wildly overvalued by historical measures. Most assets are overvalued right now. It's just the natural state of affairs in a money printing world where most governments are up to their eyeballs in debt. Over the last 8 months, I've been rotating out of bonds and building a cash base. Recently, I've been dipping my toe into increasing my allocation in EM stocks. Could be a stupid move, but I think that over the long run, EM stocks will be big winners and they're so unloved right now that I think being contrarian might pay off.
