Lets not forget one claims to have supernatural powers. The same one that seems to get material non-public information before the rest of the world. Perhaps the SEC will believe Mr Kool-Aid is just being clairavoyient ! (g) Perhaps not.
What do you think Ron ??

SM:

RG isn't just a trained professional investigator, but a psychic trained professional investigator.

As far as being held accountable, I say we hold them all "would be psychic's" up to the old testament standard of those claiming to be prophets of God. If you're wrong you get stoned.

Of course if we did that I'd buy stock in the cemetary / undertaker business for Dionne Warwick and company.

Cheers,

KMT

I was reportedly involved in corporate espionage. Besides that, I was
a jewel thief, an evil shorter (Their name) and breaking and entering.
(The biggest error was I never left home.) They really tried to throw the book at me. They were very scared because of the evidence I held.

What one learns from this is, if you are scamming, you will make mistakes. StreetLevel reported after due diligence on their part, that the smoking document I held could only have been stolen from the CEO's
vehicle on such and such date because it was in his briefcase along with the jewels, cash and gold coins. This was confirmed by the company. Unfortunately, the document was regarding insufficient funds and spoke about a meeting that took place in the office of the CEO, one month later. (I assured them I was not a time traveler)

Regarding your question of Riley, the similarities are there. I am not an attorney, so I cannot answer that definitively. As I have said, I prefer that Riley and Kugler not be involved in any lawsuits.

Riley makes his claims as a trained investigator reporting as a private citizen, Kugler states his case as a broker, reporting as a private citizen. In light of your experience would there be a difference in accountability?

Your comparison is in error, Mike is a broker, Riley is not, we are talking about stocks, not thugs (or are we?)
