As to the second story it is quite like the pre first default story but with a new banker/floater, and i'd love to see that fucking contract. i presume, argentina put up some secret and very private guarantees to that funding. all things considered given the recent broken contracts with x y and z. so............ some substance must be with at least 50% certainty assumed. enforcement?
