Interesting, both ARRS and SQNA up sharply on the news. Looks like investors really don't like the merger plans. My guess is that the votes for the merger are there.

.......if they don't block it and they liquidate their holdings we could see a big sell of in the stock. that would give us the chance at a later date to get it at a bargain.

......sounds like he is talking about 3com and u,s, robotics--now it is rebounding after being in the dumps for almost a year.
