As unfortunate as it may seem, class action lawsuits are the only way for small investors to have some influence over the actions of the company's management.

S3 has not seen fit yet to explain how the errors happened. I doubt that we will have an explanation. How would you go about getting some honest answers?

Millions of dollars of stock option profits were raked in during the Nov- Feb timetable by the directors of this firm. Do you think they should be able to keep those profits?

I share your concern that legal costs will hamstring the company's growth. However, without the aid of depositions under oath, how can the shareholders remove the people responsible? Which fund manager is going to trust these guys to tell the truth?

Until we all have a full accounting, nothing will change.
