Bill,

Agreed. A new interim low - simply amazing !!!

166 markets builtout - I can't see the FCC coming down hard now,
and even so, MOOR can still keep the licenses it has built.

Possibly one good outcome from the FCC deadline of 11/20
was that MOOR had to sit down and be brutally analytical to
decide which markets were going to offer the best long term benefit.
Seems they did this.

Now, next buildout phase should be a residual one, augmenting
service in markets like Baton Rough, LA, or building new markets
via GeoTrans or Cord Communic. for the licenses which were NOT
the topic of the FCC deadline.

I was overjoyed to see Zwaik's remark on revenues that it did NOT
include potential revenue from value added services such as
VEHICLE TRACKING. I gathered their current capacity would allow
for that to occur, and that alone could be very profitable. Let's
hope MOOR management also feels that way, and goes after it with
a stellar effort.

I am a happy camper today, even if we drift a little lower. Will just
buy additional maybe in the 50-s range (cents for now - dollars later).

Best to all the patient MOOR holders !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dan

Bill,

The prospects for a real winner are very good now. Just wait for everyone to catch up with us and what we see here. Also get through with the tax selling season.

'98 will be great (JMHO),
