Values should go up significantly in so many areas where rents and incomes support much higher home prices. Never seen PITI vs equivalent rent or replacement cost so out of whack in working class single family communities. Will be a significant boost to the economy when this really jump starts. We both know it has started in the move up market already..

I had one in Cape Coral I had fixed and flipped in 2009 for $70k for quick sale. Zillow had it worth near $80k if I recall then and now has it at $105k. I checked recent comps and for sale recently and it appears accurate
