Let me sum up how Elop has done at Nokia for our good friend Zax, who seems in desperate need of a clue (courtesy of Wikipedia and Lahcim Leinad):

"As of June 2013, Nokia's mobile phone market share had fallen from 23.4% [34] to 14.8%, their smartphone market share gone from 11.7% [34] to 8.8%, [35]and their stock value dropped by 85% since Elop's takeover. [36]"

Letting Elop run Microsoft is beyond a bad idea, it would be suicidal.
