I was previously unaware of MRVC's patent pending on layer 3 switching. From what I understand, MRVC's approach is superior to many others. It's a positive sign that MRVC not only has a good solution, but is pursuing a patent. Let's say they get a patent...they could be entitled to license revenues from other vendors. ...having followed MRVC for a few years, I've found that MRVC is a think-tank; don't underestimate them in the area of innovation. Even if they have "little glitches here and there" they are always responsive to the markets needs. This explains gains in market share. Dan
