No Monski, There is currently an investigation of Mork & DVBC. I talked to the SEC attorney on the phone. She informed me that the investigation of Mork was deffered from the NASD to the SEC.
Maybe some DD is in order Bob. You call them like you see them , but you see 'em thru a 'jauniced' eye!!

It seems to me that Morks beef would be with the promoter that promised to deliver said shares. The fact that he didnt suggests Mork
didnt use good judgement in getting short like that. And why isnt he suing the promoter for the promised shares rather than the company ?


Exactly, he got caught wiht his pants down, now we will profit from his mistake, no matter what his reason was for being short here, watch the movie "Wall Street", whether it was a mistake or not, we will profit from his loss.
