You divide by 34,285. This is the number of parts per billion
in one ounce per ton. If you have a calulator and you you can
get it right. But to include the parking lot you can take 1/35th
and move the decimal 3 to the left.

To put it simply if a ton had a billion eentsy little parts, how
many of them would one troy ounce be? Well how many troy ounces in
a ton? 29167. So divide by that number and you get 34285 ppb.
