A number of months ago I was called out for questioning Dr. Ricker's negative analysis of Solv-ex technology, whether this represented a professional opinion. This was derided as an invasion of privacy. Seems to me you have been accused on this thread more than once as being a schill for Solv-ex. Let me get this straight, bet the ranch and watch your equity / Solv-ex capitalization be drained into short positions. Now personal information is being researched and posted. Who are these people?

Back to fundamental news. Following SEC appeal of Bankruptcy Judge injunction of revealing confidential Solv-ex trade secrets to foreign based competitors. Court documents are starting to center on statements by SEC investigator, Ms. Ozols. In my readings of the documents it seems the entire investigation is being put into public record at the Santa Fe NM US court house. Bankruptcy Judge has reiterated his position (can't tell if this procedural); that he considers this to be narrow and does not preclude SEC seeking independent analysis. A possible suggestion would be the United States Department of Energy Laboratories Sandia (Albuquerque) or Los Alamos. Wouldn't even need to spend airfare to see prototype at technology center

In case SEC types are looking in and not familiar with these facilities here are some links.
