Good idea Sam. I saw the same thing like this last year when 3COM was at 82. All December analysts kept giving the stock booster shots even though 3COM had a PE of 63. They just kept flagging it "strong buy".

All these momentum stocks will run out of gas in late January/early February.

Most definitely! The reason is that those latest option packages are struck at 80 bucks a share, so for them to have the value to which AOL execs have become accustomed, the stock has to make another leap. Don't cry for Stevie, Argentina.
