I strongly agree. Either FSCX makes a significant OEM deal soon or it's over. Reseller agreements just won't cut it. Not with MOT, ASND, COMS, CSCO as the competition. FSCX's interest in doing another dilutive private placement (see PRE 14A filing) should be a serious concern to current shareholders. A private placement after contract announcements to finance ramping of production is great. When it occurs in conjuction with no significant positive news and at an already depressed market cap, look out below. NUKO 101. And how about the SEC investigation as reported in the last 10Q?

On the TA front. FSCX continues to bounce off $4... the wall gets a few more bricks. Who is going to step up and buy this stock at $4 without a signed multimillion dollar deal? Ummm not me.

Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't Ascend selling frame relay switch and FSCX selling frame relay access devices (FRAD). In othter words, remote FSCX devices talk to central Ascend devices. Kinda like network cards talking to hubs.

Why is FSCX becoming a niche player in the FRAD market? And as you point out, via consolidation, they might make a good addition to someone (of the big boys) that wants to provide an end to end solution.
