The drop downs are a pain to me because my SI link takes me directly to the Subjectmarks page. I can then see all my subjects with new posts and choose the one I want to read with one click. If I am not very careful with my mouse I go over one of the the drop downs that requires you to get off of it before you can get to the subject that is under it. If you hit that miserable dropdown that won't go away until you hit the circled X, then you have an extra click, extra mouse manipulation and a lot of frustration. The same thing happens when you finish a subject and are returned to the Subjectmarks page so you can choose another subject.

For years I simply clicked on my SI icon at the top of FF and then SI Subjects appeared and it was so simple. I have SI in a tab all day long and go to it frequently to see if there are any new posts on the boards I follow.

I suppose that if you are an infrequent user and do not have SI bookmarked the new deal is better. I guess that they are more concerned with getting new business than keeping the old customers happy. It may be a good business decision, but I am skeptical.

Blessings,

JRH
