If Farrallon is only interested in arbitraging than they have now the very intesting problem of what to do with 3.2 million LGNDW. With the low volume that LGNDW has it is probably almost impossible to sell such a postion on the stock exchange. Exercising the warrants would destroy the huge time premium that the warrants currently have. Proably the best method to get rid of the warrants is to find a big buyer and negotiate a trade.
