You think Powell asked for and analyzed data before he came to the conclusion to what he said?

No, I don't think Powell analyzed the facts and data before he came to that conclusion--which is why he came to the conclusion he did. He had the luxury of having an opinion without being forced to consider the facts according to law ("beyond a reasonable doubt"). Which is why the jury came to a different conclusion.

That is why I wanted people to engage "on the facts" with regard to welfare. They didn't want to--they just wanted to have their opinions--so much easier to do that than have to deal with pesky facts like how many wefare kids are graduating from high school.

You obviously are a smart successful businessman, but you can't sit there and tell me you got that way without considering the "facts"--which for welfare would mostly be derived from data.
