One thing I want to mention on this company: If you have done your homework (and I have) VOIP is an enormous paradigm shift. Yes, the technology is not terribly difficult to replicate, however, VocalTec is showing leadership in standards, alliances and agreements with carriers and ISPs. They are cultivating great partners. These guys are not college guys working out of their dorm rooms. They are seasoned professionals. Their gateway technology is key. All of the other players (lucent, nortel) are not going to kill the business that provides their bread and butter (ie switches and PBXs) As someone put it previously, patience will be rewarded on this one. Frankly, I expect it to skyrocket after 4Q97 earnings are announced.
