I received a call from Tom ( investor relations). He told me that the selling of 144 stock was from members of a company that elco bought out (AMA International). I asked him why they sold and he said they probably needed to raise cash. I queried if there were any problems and he responded that things were on course and that the company held to the its press releases (concerning the Smith Barney help). Apparently, these people from AMA still own some stock and the key people within the elco management rather than selling are holding their stock. Tom seemed to above board and answered my questions clearly and politely.
