you think they really waited 2 hours ??? who would do That ? if a place told me the wait was over 10 minutes I would leave and find another place I believe their whole story. They had gathered for a going away party, so no one wanted to abandon the gig, it all makes sense to me. The manager had already mistreated them (2hours) and then the "kicked out" insult added insult to injury. I can't get passed that. If the customer had given some specific and substantial reason to feel threatened, I might have more consideration on the matter. The problem the manager should have dealt with was the white customer not the group of black people. I hate lines, crowds, and waiting for a stupid meal but even more I hate managers who don't treat me with as much respect as other customers. I would leave too for any of those reasons, even if the rest of my party wanted to wait but that's just me.
