Then you should know about global warming.

Satellites tell us 80% of the arctic pack ice has disappeared in the last 40 years. Every year more and more ships traverse the northwest passage and every country adjacent to the arctic is fighting over the resources since the arctic has increasingly more and more open water ever summer.

And you yawn and say: "nothing happening, nothing to see here. Just same ole, same ole.
