A much sadder story than the other you reference and that's pretty sad (:>)

Seems like with a little more upward pressure on the stock price, Farallon would be motivated to cover the rest of their short postition, in which case it would then be in their interest for the stock to go up if they are sitting with 1.5M LGNDW, no?

Andreas makes a good point though. Why would they use their warrants to cover, when the warrants are selling at a premium to the stock?
