Pugs: Since you are a self-proclaimed investigator, why haven't you checked all this out. I've never made such claims. I'm an amateur investor by my own admission and have been taken around the block twice now by smooth talking IR departments and company presidents. On the other hand, I can point to several claims by the RMIL side that say their DD is exceptional and of course RG's own claims that he's a professional investigator and all that is implied by that. I can't speak for Riley, but Morgans' response to Kuglers' B.S. were fine by me. I'm surprised by that. I thought you'd want to get independent verification. If Riley, as a shareholder, doesn't do as much DD as YOU feel he should, to counter Kugler on every lame-brain accusation he makes, talk to Riley about it! I have. RG has chosen to ignore the question at this point. He's either not a professional or he's doing a poor job if he takes Morgan at his word without verifying it from independent sources. Again, I site my example in the previous post about asking a suspect if he did it. Kugler may very well have to substantiate his claims in a court of law. Agreed, he may. I submit that if this tanks, RG and other die hards may have to substantiate theirs also. I believe there are some in the cartel that would hold not only RMIL but the cartel leaders responsible. As for me, I'm looking forward to the end of the book. I keep thinking it's right around the corner but RMIL keeps finding a way to delay the cash infusion and the financials. Cheers, KMT
