Not sure what the mitigating risks are here. So looking at it from a Joe point of view

1) its graphite
2) its 99.99%
3) enough for a mine
4) price and profit should be excellent even at $4K

With that comes..... if only $4K will they get financed?
So really the price is the University study, which is directly linked to the ability to move forward.
