I wouldn't be so pessimistic Samuel. Let's say that Innovex has an EPS of $1.05 in the next 2 quarters ($.50 + $.55) and then $1.30 ($.65 + $.65) in the last 2 quarters of the fiscal year. Overall year to year growth would be negative but the trend would be up.

Innovex would have more cash under its belt and most likely would be a year further along in what has been a very succesful business plan.

I am fully confident that INVX will reach $32 in the next 6 months and hopeful that the stock will hit $40 by the end of next year. INVX will hold above $40 as soon as it starts generating substantial revenues from its electronics and medical divisions. Until that happens the stock may be stuck with a P/E of 10.

Samuel, The mean estimate from Zachs is 55 cents per share for this quarter. The high estimate is 64 cents and the low estimate is 48 cents. The CFO is conservative with his estimates, so I doubt that it will actually come in as low as 48 cents. If the stock has additional weakness I will use it as an opportunity to sell additional puts at a lower strike price. I would be comfortable in having 5% of my total portfolio in INVX at a price under $20.
