stephen, cpq 's goal was 2 weeks by end of 1998. plus if they didn't have that inventory in retail right now then they would be dead ducks. if you don't have the pc, you loase the sale. I went to Best Buy at 2PM to pick up camera for anniversery. The best buy at 10 check-ups and all ten were full up and had 10-15 people in each line.... I turned around and walked out. This post isn't to indicate your postion on the inventory since your post never talked about that.
