the chairman of tsemf, who is the chairman of dssi, went over to israel for a three week trip and should be back next week. the key that is very important is tower is crucial to israel and the success of this tecnology diriven economy. the fouth quarter is already in the banks as management has said. rememer, stock prices are illusions in the short run and overtime the market never lies. what is happening now is portfolio managers are cleaning their losers and rotating to other stocks. last year the seligman technology fund sold its whole stake,18% at 10 dollers in which he owned at least aroun 20$...he missed a stock doubling and dividents of 2.50 per share. what i'm trying to say you have people that own it 20$ rather sell it then admit they maded a mistake in short run. what is good is probably the whole float has turned over and we fresh owner between 10-13. so we are at the tai l end of selling and when stock starts to turn it could bounce to 14-16 before you have a lot resistance. bear will upgrade them after the first quarter. be patiece, don't watch the stock screen, you own a growth company that stock price is unrealistic to stay down here. i also like, electroglas(egls), xirc, anet, wcom, cnc, lwn.gntiy.

it is quite hard to believe that we have found a company which is profitable and should continue to be profitable trading
1. at 0.83 times book value
2. has $5.5 per share in cash and a debt to equity ratio of 0.07
3. price to sales ratio of less than 1 (i think it is .83 based on last quarter)
4. p/e ratio of < 10 with last quarter alone being +.40
5. after tax profit margins of about 10 percent which gives us an implied p/e of about 7 or 8.

company is in much better shape than most (ie apm) and is extremely undervalued. even with a slowdown, the company will still be profitable and the future looks bright from what i can tell.

also, i have been doing some reading and thinking about their relationship with nsm. this could turn out to be an excellent deal as nsm and cyrx are now one and nsm is into the low cost pc production using cyrx chips. correct me if i am wrong, but would not this setup have positive implications for tower or even prompt nsm to consider aquiring tower for their cash position and products and technology.
just a thought. either way, the outlook for tower looks promising, especially if management can perform.
good luck and long tower.
