RW, you want to know what is different? Android was gaining market share by 5-10% A MONTH. Windows phone is gaining market share by 0.1% a month. Yet market share mattered then. And if Nokia was able to show the same I would be all for it. But the market share SUCKS and so do the ASPs that keep falling and falling and falling. And I'm sure they are falling because without falling that +0.1% a month would be -0.3% a month. But unlike Samsung, Nokia does not have unlimited cash to burn.
