Pugs, its people like Bob Monski (aka Mike Morgan) as well as the many other Neys which keep me going believing that this is truly a solid investment. Perhaps Bob knows what the hold up is with our certs. He sure hasn't helped us with this basic problem we're having. Any idea how long the SEC and/or NASD will allow us to have to wait to get all our requested shares in certificate form? It would seem that over several months is a bit excessive.

Sorry you cant seem to figure out who I am. Morgan is the name. But ask KMT about whats his names involment with NPEC right before it went from 20 cents to 5 cents. Indeed, I dont think you'd want him here.
