I'm with you. Hire a Hispanic or a person of my own ethnicity? I'll go Hispanic every time. They also have great family values, and are often religious. Except for the Republican pigheadedness about immigration, they're actually almost natural Republicans! But that immigration thing is a BIG deal with Hispanics, many of whom, if at all, are just separated from their illegal parent or grandparents by a generation or two. Let's just hope the Republicans continue to be brain dead.
