1. You brought attention to Shorty, not me... Shorty, who is now dead...by attributing a personality characteristic to him (unbiased), which you assumed was like a personality characteristic of mine. I clarified that I could not verify whether or not that is accurate because he is now dead and I never knew him. 2. He is dead because he was not equipped to defend himself when thugs began what you would label as a "fist fight." Had he been equiped to defend himself and save his life by killing his attackers, he would have fit your definition of a vengeful racist murderer.
