Let us get everyone on the record. Let's vote on it. It is congresses direct!!, responsibility to declare war and only they can do it!

They cannot even allow a proxy decision like Bush did. That was unconstitutional.

So Obama, ask Boehner to call an immediate emergency meeting of congress to vote on it.
