Obviously something is going on with Level 3 comm., would be great if a company moves to acquire them, be ti private equity or a Wall Street firm.

The new court ruling that carriers can favor their own content over others is huge for Level 3 Comm. as it now makes control of the pipes more important than ever. If someone were to acquire LVLT they would have quite a chokehold since the owner now doesn't have to provide equal access to competitors. This is a huge plus for LVLT.
