In his statement yesterday Kerry said, "We know for three days before the attack the Syrian regime's chemical weapons personnel were on the ground in the area making preparations...for the attack".

Then why didn't US do something to stop it?

Why didn't they call the UNSC?

Why didn't they call Russia to stop it?

Why didn't they issue a warning to the Syrian people?

The British government said yesterday they were surprised with what Kerry said because they got no
advance knowledge of what he said yesterday.

Kerry told some other outright lies in his speech yesterday, claiming there were 1400 fatalities in the attack when Doctors without Borders reported just over 300. Kerry neglected to mention that some of the vicitms of the attack were Syrian soldiers. Kerry stated that the source of the attack came from an area under the control of the Syrian forces, yet the map published by the New York Times indicated the launch came from rebel areas. Kerry claimed that the Syrian government kept the UN inspectors away form the area for four days, yet we know they were ordered to stay out by the UN itself for safety reasons.

And again, the whole case for war rests on the idea that Assad is stupid enough to invite UN Chemical Weapons inspectors into Syria, then on the day they arrive, launch a chemical weapon attack, not against the leadership of the hired mercenaries trying to oust Assad, but against women and children (and Syrian soldiers) virtually in front of the inspectors
