In true lib fashion Z thinks the taxpayer should pick up the tab for his Dad rather than himself.
Not only that he wants to blame someone.

His Dad raised him, supported him when he grew up but apparently Z doesn't want to help him now, typical.

Years ago when I first "met" Z, he had just ran into a woman in a train station that was begging for food. Z didn't give her anything but came on line here to complain what someone (read government) should be taking care of her. Sounds like that attitude even extends to his own father. Sad.
