You might be right! It has been reported that IBM placed HUGE orders for ACER last week. As not much idiots are spending their (own) good money on the buggy and overheated PII, all these orders are might for K6 and M2.

Acer' Ali has come out with 100Mhz bus speed Alladin V. This chipset is perfect for K6-300Mhz, 350Mhz, 400Mhz. IBM should have the previlege to review these before placing their orders.
