Now Doofus Mr Obama is hoping Congress will bail him out.
Obama, Kerry and chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Martin Dempsey all say that delaying a military strike will not have any effect.

So.... in effect, after Obama jumped up and down and shook his fist at Assad; he sheepishly runs off to tell his mommy (congress) on the bad, bad man in Syria!

Well..... what happens if the Assad regime, in cohort with Russia, Hezzbollah and Iran, decide to use chemical weapons to kill even more civilians? What then? Would Obama's reluctance to take action, or to back up his words, still be viewed as having no effect?

They will - and he'll blame it all on the congress and Bush.
Pathetic loser of the worst kind, 'amateurism in the White House', said Krauthammer.
